Reviews Air Grid Seat and Back Deluxe Task Chair

What I really wanted was the Herman Miller Aeron chair that currently runs for about $830 for their base model. These chairs were in every library at my undergrad institution and I fell in love with them. Can't beat Air Grid Seat and Back Deluxe Task Chair for the money. Very comfortable mesh bottom - nice back support. Working at the home office is much better now.
Office Star Air Grid Deluxe Task Chair review
Air Grid Seat and Back Deluxe Task Chair has adjustable armrests. They aren't quite as nice as on the Aeron chair, as they adjust into pre-marked grooves rather than anywhere you could possibly want them. The mesh design of both the back and the seat has a comfortable amount of support and the curved seat prevents pressure points in my legs I get from some other chairs.
  • Deluxe task chair with loads of adjustable componentsAir grid seat and back with built in lumbar support
  • One touch pneumatic seat height adjustment
  • 2 to 1 ratio tilt control with adjustable tilt tension
  • Height adjustable angled arms with soft padding
  • Tough nylon base with oversized dual wheel carpet casters
The Air Grid Seat and Back Deluxe Task arm rests are also comfortable and securely adjustable and made of some sort of high density plastic foam which I believe to be splash proof. I also like how the reclining action moves the back more than the seat. The open mesh design is also very breathable. Add to that the lifetime warranty and I may never buy another chair.

After a week of daily use I can say it is comfortable to sit in for extended periods. The seat bottom is firm, and not like sitting on a pillow. It does have some padding towards the front so our legs are not pressing against the seat frame. It is larger than the task chair it replaced, but is not huge.

The only complaints appear to be from very short people. If you are average in height, you'll love Air Grid Seat and Back Deluxe Task Chair. One reviewer complained that the arms were bumping into their desk. The arms are adjustable and removable! I haven't decide if I will remove them or not. They do bump into my desk, but it is nice to be able to rest my arms on them.
