Big Guy Chair! Reviews Alera Fraze High-Back Swivel/Tilt Chair, Black Leather

This Alera Fraze High-Back Swivel/Tilt Chair is everything I wanted...comfortable arms, swivels nicely, moves up and down easily. I would not suggest it for a very large person, but it is just right for me. Looks great in my home office. If you're looking for an all black chair that is sharp, very comfortable, not super soft, and sturdy.... save your time and money and take a chance.

This Alera Fraze High-Back Swivel/Tilt Chair is well padded and feels comfortable. The material is nice and smooth and arrived with no scratches or other defects. It will tilt a little bit and stay in that position, which is really all I need in most instances. Also, the arm rests are not as long as my last chair, but that's not a big deal either. This chair is pretty darned wide, too.

I really like the look of the Alera Fraze High-Back Swivel/Tilt Chair as well. One final note, other reviewers complained about a strong industrial smell, but I have no sense of smell so I cannot attest to that, but even if it did stink the quality of the chair combined with the low price would make cracking a window and turning on a fan worth the trouble in my opinion.

• Fit and finish of the chair is very nice (no chemical smells at all, either), seems well built, and while I wouldn't go so far as to call this a tank, it is pretty sturdy.
• This chair is FIRM. Not pillowy or super cushy, but still very comfortable. The lumbar and lower back support in particular is awesome!
• I'm quite tall and thin (6'3", 155lbs) and this fits me quite nicely. I personally could use a little higher seat back as it only comes to my shoulders so no neck or head support. My legs do also extend a couple of inches beyond the edge of the seat.
• Adjustable height works well, tilt is great and the tension is adjustable. Tilt can also be disabled if desired.
• I have fairly thick older carpet and wasn't expecting the best rolling performance, but does move pretty well with a little effort.

Overall I'm very impressed and pleased with my Alera Fraze High-Back Swivel/Tilt Chair purchase. Shipping was free, too. Very happy, and I suggest you deal with this company worry-free. I'm pretty confident you'll be happy with your decision as I am.
